Thank you for your interest in supporting Mignori. This project is built with care, passion, and a genuine desire to create the best native booru browsing experience on iOS.
Donations are a completely optional way to show appreciation and help guide how much time and priority Mignori receives during its development. Your support is deeply appreciated, but never required — and it does not grant any special access, benefits, or future entitlements. Mignori will always be available to everyone when it launches.
Summary: Donations are optional, non-refundable, and do not unlock any features or provide future access. They simply support and influence the development priority of Mignori.
1. Terminology
Mignori may use the terms “donations” and “tips” interchangeably throughout the website, application, or payment interfaces. Both terms refer to the same voluntary financial contribution and are governed by these Terms of Donation.
2. Donations Are Voluntary and Do Not Grant Benefits
Donations to Mignori are entirely voluntary and do not grant access to any features, products, services, premium content, or future entitlements. Donating does not provide early access, exclusive access, beta privileges, discounts, or any rights to future paid features.
3. Donations Are Not a Purchase or Commitment
A donation is not a purchase, preorder, subscription, or commitment by Fairese LLC to provide any future product or service.
Mignori may be monetized in the future using in-app purchases or subscriptions. Donating does not exempt the donor from future pricing, monetization, or feature access models.
4. Donations Influence Development Priority Only
Donation volume may influence how much development time and focus Mignori receives relative to other active projects. This influence does not guarantee development speed, delivery dates, release timelines, or specific features.
5. Beta Access Is Not Connected to Donations
The Mignori beta program is open to anyone who requests access, subject to capacity limitations.
Donations do not guarantee beta access, priority placement, extended participation, or any form of testing privilege.
6. Donations Are Final and Non-Refundable
Because donations are voluntary and not tied to the delivery of any goods or services, all donations are final and non-refundable. Development priorities and timelines may change over time, and donors acknowledge that donations do not entitle them to refunds.
7. Donation Options May Change or Be Discontinued
Once Mignori is publicly released, donation options may be modified or removed in favor of traditional monetization methods.
Ongoing donations are optional and never required to use or access Mignori.
8. No Equity, Ownership, or Financial Rights
Donating does not grant ownership, equity, revenue share, voting rights, or any legal or financial claim over Mignori, Fairese LLC, or related projects.
9. Legal Entity and Tax Status
Donations are processed by Fairese LLC, a United States company.
Donations are not tax-deductible.
10. No Guarantee of Release or Timeline
Mignori is an active development project. While the intent is to release the app publicly, Fairese LLC does not guarantee specific release dates, feature sets, or delivery timelines.
Donations should not be interpreted as a promise regarding the completion or timing of any release.
11. No Expectation of Compensation
Donations are made without expectation of compensation, reward, or direct benefit. They are not payment for any product or service and do not create a contractual obligation beyond the handling of the donation itself.
